Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • A clear unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened

  • Clear photos showing the issue

Claims made without a proper unboxing video may not be eligible for review or resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used, worn, or damaged items caused after delivery

Order Cancellations
